Delete your Trekking Fitness account

1.⁠ ⁠Open the Trekking Fitness app and sign in with the phone number linked to your account.

2.⁠ ⁠Go to Settings.

3.⁠ ⁠Tap Delete account.

4.⁠ ⁠Confirm Delete forever.

Your account will be deleted and you will be signed out. Related profile data, activity records, and stored media linked to your account are removed as part of this process.

If you have uninstalled Trekking Fitness or cannot sign in:

1.⁠ ⁠Email trekkers.heart@gmail.com

2.⁠ ⁠from an address we can reply to.

3.⁠ ⁠Use the subject line: Account deletion request.

* Include:

* The phone number used to sign in to Trekking Fitness (with country code, e.g. +65…)

* Your full name (if you set one in the app)

* Confirmation that you want your account and associated data deleted

We will verify the request and delete the account. You will receive a confirmation reply when it is done. Please allow up to 7 business days.

When your account is deleted, we remove account and profile information and associated app data tied to that account, including items such as:

•⁠ ⁠Account / authentication record

•⁠ ⁠Profile details (name, nickname, avatar / photo)

•⁠ ⁠Fitness and activity records linked to the account

•⁠ ⁠Groups, memberships, and related content owned by the account (as applicable)

•⁠ ⁠Device notification tokens and in-app notifications for the account

•⁠ ⁠Local app data on a device is cleared when deletion is completed while signed in

Shared content that other users still need (for example group chats or posts where you were a member but not the sole owner) may remain in anonymized or residual form where required for the service to function for others.

•⁠ ⁠After a verified deletion request (in-app or by email), we delete or de-identify personal account data as described above.

•⁠ ⁠Limited technical logs or backups may be retained for a short period (typically up to 30 days) for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, then permanently removed or overwritten according to our backup cycle.

•⁠ ⁠We may retain information if required by law or to resolve disputes.
